Launchpad
Start every clock and know your numbers. Nothing here needs you to know what you sell yet, which is exactly why it is first.
The offer
Build something easy to sell, aimed at a pain worth paying for, provably able to reach your number, and confirmed by five strangers before you build a single thing.
The handover
Build the thing a stranger receives before they have paid you anything. The strongest single pattern in the whole set: let them experience the result rather than hear about it.
The machine
The plumbing that turns effort into at-bats: inboxes, lists and copy. Mostly boring, entirely solved, and the part that decides whether any of the earlier work reaches anyone.
The lanes that never wait
Three channels that need no infrastructure, carry no data-protection exposure, and are where a first client usually comes from. These run during the warm-up, and two of them never end.
Conversion
What happens after somebody replies. Build all of this before you launch anything, because a reply you fumble is more expensive than a reply you never got.
Launch
Turn it on, hold the number, and learn to read what comes back. The phase where the first paid invoice usually lands, and where the operating loop that never ends begins.
Repeatable
Turn a thing that worked once into a thing that works every time, and turn the clients it produced into proof. This is where stage one to two begins.
Capability
The building skill itself, and the content engine that runs on what you build. This phase runs in parallel from session 16, not after session 55: start it whenever the waiting gives you an afternoon.
Leverage
Only when your constraint says so. Naming what you do, selling one to many, and getting your hands out of the delivery. Everything here is stage two to three work and it waits.
The AI layer
Gated on purpose. Score your readiness first, and take the permission to stop if the number says stop.
Assembly
The audit, the insurance for a bad afternoon, and the one page that holds the whole thing together.
